Mang Inasal- Latest Addiction! :D

Sobra na itong dapat iwasan! as in seryoso! My gym buddy, kaclass, and <3, Allen Briones and I was planning to change our sedentary lifestyle and update our fitness routine. And it goes like pretty much like this...

Allen: Magym na talaga tayo, kelangan ko na talaga maggym.
Me: Grabe! Ako din!
Allen: Di na ako makapaggym. Papayat na ako.
Me: Grabe! ako din tingnan mo naman braso, kelangan na natin maggym!
Allen: Kelan?
Me: Ayusin natin sched natin. Kelan ka pwede? Tuesday?
Allen: May briefing..
Me: Wednesday am?
Allen: Di pwede math ng umaga.
Me: Sige, thursday pm?
Allen: okay, pwede din...

After couple days...
Thursday na! Magmimeet kung saan sa uste...
Me: Hey, musta?
Allen: Okay lang, Tara. Grabe... gutom na ako d ko alam bakit ako gutom. Pero gutom na gutom na ako.
Saan mo gusto kumain?
Me: ahhmmm... Mang inasal? unli rice?
Allen: Gusto mo?
Me: Hmm.. okay.

Fail na gym buddy!

END OF STORY

SO ANYWAY, THIS IS MY REVIEW SA EVER SO TASTY AND TEMPTING, UNLIRICE NG MANG INASAL. As far as I know sila ang nagstart ng unlirice trend here in the Phils, that is very affordable and masa effect. Added the fact that it has a fast food style like Jollibee and Mcdo that we are very used to.
Our favorite meal in Mang Inasal, SM2 - Pecho with unlirice.

Fact: Inasal is another word for roast or inihaw. :D

Takaw ni allen! xD

SM 2- sorry medyo bawas na. :p

Here's my review:

PRO:
- affordable 99php only
-  unli rice with unli soup!
- sinigang soup all the way..
-  superb rice!
- very big servings of  delicious and well-cooked chicken inasal.
- their ice cream are the best considering its price.

CONS:
- the soy sauce taste weird.
- slow service...but understandable... kay allen hnde!
-  less food choices than other inasal restaurants.

I need to stop eating at Mang inasal or else goodbye dream body!
But for all tough guys with a never-ending stomach this resto/fastood chain
is definitely for you! :p Try it now! Available in Morayta, Dapitan, and Vicente Cruz!

Merry Christmas and Happy New year!

                                       Thanks!

Bibingkinitan. :D

I've been loving bibingkas since one time that I'm sooo hungry that it was the first thing I saw in the mall. Plus, I was waiting for my special friend, Allen because we will watch some random movie. Yay!! They sell this babies for 20php so I decided to give it a try. :) And hell yeah!!! I LOVE IT! So moist and fluffy! And my favorite part? The sweetness of bibingka bread mix with the salty goodness of salty eggs-itlog na pula and cheese! Hmm.. spread some butter and add some shredded coconut meat ... PERFECT!

For those who don't know what bibinka is. It is basically the DONUTS of FILIPINOS. It is our culture that every end of simbang gabi, Filipinos usually buy/eat  bibingka or puto bumbong before going home after the mass.

Value Meal! Bibingka with barako coffee for 50php
Yummy Meryenda. :D

Here's my review about the  food:

PRO:
- delicious
- very pinoy!
- perfect taste of sweet bread and salty egg
- good food when ur just waiting for someone/ want to have a light meryenda.
- PERFECT PASALUBONG!

CONS
- long time preparation
- a bit pricey for a meryenda
-  for those who want to suffice their hunger this food will disappoint u big time! :p

:) try it out this SIMBANG GABI SEASON! :)
